1. Service Description

Novam Cloud provides AI-generated property research reports for US residential properties. Reports are compiled entirely by artificial intelligence using publicly available data sources. No human reviews, verifies, or edits the content of these reports before delivery.

2. AI-Generated Content — Important Notice

Specifically, our AI-generated reports:

• May contain factual errors, including incorrect property details, prices, tax amounts, school ratings, and other data points
• May present outdated information that no longer reflects current conditions
• May confuse the subject property with other properties
• May generate plausible-sounding but entirely fabricated information
• Should never be relied upon as the sole basis for any real estate purchase, investment, or financial decision
• Do not constitute professional real estate advice, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, insurance advice, or any other form of professional guidance
• Are not a substitute for a professional home inspection, appraisal, title search, or any other professional service

3. No Warranty

Novam Cloud provides reports on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We explicitly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information
• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties that any information will be current or up to date

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novam Cloud, its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from or related to:

• Any information contained in or omitted from our reports
• Any decisions made based on information in our reports
• Any real estate transactions influenced by our reports
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in report content
• Any financial losses, property losses, or other damages of any kind

This limitation applies to all types of damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and regardless of whether Novam Cloud was advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question, or $10, whichever is less.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Novam Cloud, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will conduct your own independent due diligence before making any purchase or investment decision
• You will hire a licensed home inspector for any property you are considering purchasing
• You will consult with qualified real estate professionals, attorneys, and financial advisors
• You will independently verify all information contained in our reports through official sources
• You understand that our reports are for informational and entertainment purposes only
• You assume all risk associated with the use of information from our reports

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Novam Cloud, its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to your use of the service or your reliance on any information contained in our reports.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect the property addresses you submit and contact information (email address) for the purpose of generating and delivering reports. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Report Sharing

Each report is accessible via a unique URL. Reports are not indexed by search engines and are not linked from our website. Anyone with the report URL can view its contents. You are responsible for controlling who you share report URLs with.

9. Third-Party Data

Our AI accesses publicly available data from various third-party sources. We do not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party data. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any real estate listing service, government agency, school rating service, or other data provider referenced in our reports.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
